HOW TO REGISTER
Registering your business for a Monticello Chamber of Commerce Membership is easy. Begin by selecting the Tier Level you feel best fits your business model, fill out the required fields in the form below, and then click SUBMIT. Your membership submission will be sent to the Chamber Executive Director for approval. After review of your application, you will be notified of the submission result via the email. Instructions for payment and completion of your membership will be provided in the email.

The annual dues for membership with the Monticello Chamber of Commerce are based on a yearly cost with a few variations. Below is a breakdown of those costs and cut off dates.
- Jan. 1 - June 30 = Full Price
- July 1 - Nov. 14 = Half Price
- Nov. 15 - Dec. 31 = Complementary**
** Businesses purchasing Memberships after Nov. 14th will be obliged to purchase a Full Price membership the following year at the time of renewal. Businesses will be responsible for the cost of a Half Price membership if the renewal application is not fulfilled.
